In May 2025, RHA closed our RFQ-2025-RED-001 and invited the top-qualifying teams to submit a development proposal for our 1013 Halifax Street property. On July 30th, 2025, RHA released RFP-2025-RED-001 to that pre-qualified group of teams. A staff committee will review proposals through the fall, and we look forward to announcing our selected development team following the proposal evaluation process. |
