RentCafe Resident Portal
RentCafe is our new, web-based portal that streamlines the leasing process. It offers online applications, rent payments and much more, replacing the need for most paper forms. Rent Café will save you time, money and provides you with up-to-date information on your account.
RHA residents are invited to register on the portal. There is no additional cost to you for your account setup. By creating your account, you will be able to review and update your contact information electronically. The portal will also help to facilitate communications with RHA staff, recertification, interims, and online rent payments.

It is RHA’s hope to empower residents to learn simple maintenance skills to better their rental experience, minimize the need for maintenance repairs, and reduce account charges. Residents are encouraged to watch these videos and use these skills as needed.
