Notice: Public Housing Waiting List – Posted Friday, May 2, 2025
The Raleigh Housing Authority will be accepting pre-applications for select Public Housing properties starting at 10am on Monday, June 2, 2025. Stay tuned to this page for additional details and information. Voucher waiting lists are still CLOSED and not currently accepting applications.
Pre-applications will be accepted online in our Applicant Portal. Income limits and occupancy standards apply. Completed pre-applications will be selected based on time and date of the pre-application plus any applicable preferences. The applications period will remain open for each waiting list until they reach the maximum number of pre-applications that can be accepted. Equal Housing Opportunity.
