Glenwood Towers Resident Meetings – January 14, 2026: Glenwood Towers has received approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to move forward under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. HUD has issued a CHAP (Commitment to Enter into a Housing Assistance Payments contract) for Glenwood Towers. This is an important milestone in the process to redevelop and modernize the property.

Glenwood Towers Resident Meetings – This was our second series of meetings with Glenwood Towers residents. We discussed what we heard in January meetings​, shared potential redevelopment options​, reviewed HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) + Section 18​ blend process, gave Heritage Park as an example of a current relocating community and provided Residents’ Rights Under RAD​.
