Notice: Public Housing Waiting Lists – NOW OPEN!
The Raleigh Housing Authority will be accepting pre-applications for select Public Housing properties starting at 10am on Monday, June 2, 2025. Voucher waiting lists are still CLOSED and not currently accepting applications. Stay tuned to this page on our website for additional details and information: rhanc.gov/waiting-lists.
Pre-applications are accepted online in our Applicant Portal. Applicants must register for a RentCafe account on our portal as the first step. Income limits and occupancy standards apply. Completed pre-applications will be selected based on time and date of the pre-application plus any applicable preferences. The applications period will remain open for each waiting list until they reach the maximum number of pre-applications that can be accepted. Equal Housing Opportunity.
No paper copy or older versions of pre-applications will be accepted.
