Construction Updates

Resident Relocation

Raleigh Housing Authority is pleased to announce that the Heritage Park community is fully vacant as of July 17, 2025. This vacancy comes after over a year of hard work and dedication from RHA staff and includes the successful relocation of all residents, on-site staff, and the Communities in Schools’ Learning Center. Relocation was highly successful, boasting 36% of residents relocating to new construction homes, an overall replacement housing satisfaction rate of 80%, and a strong emergence of trust and respect amongst residents.
