The Raleigh Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) has developed a draft of its Administrative Plan for 2026. A draft of the proposed plan can be found on RHA’s website. Additionally, hard copies will be available at RHA’s Administrative office and Leased Housing Department located at 900 Haynes Street, Raleigh, NC 27604.
Comments on the 2026 Admin Plan will be accepted through 5pm on Monday, December 1, 2025. Written comments may be sent in via the below methods:
