Anaviya Caudle joined RHA as an HCV Specialist in September 2023 and officially became a permanent team member in December 2024. With a strong background in customer service—from call centers to billing for a wastewater treatment plant—Anaviya brings a wealth of experience managing caseloads and helping people navigate complex systems with care and compassion.

Originally from Rocky Mount, Anaviya recently returned to the area after living in Washington State, where she spent several years raising her family. She’s passionate about her work and finds deep fulfillment in easing the worries of the clients she serves—especially the elderly—with a listening ear, a responsive approach, and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Anaviya enjoys spending time with her five children, exploring local parks and events, and catching episodes of Law & Order: SVU. She values flexibility and balance, both at work and at home. If she had one superpower, it would be giving people the power to be happy—because, in her words, “the world would be a better place if everybody was happy.”
