The Oaks Resident Meetings – RHA periodically holds meetings with the Oaks community to discuss HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) process and converting The Oaks from the public housing program to Section 8 rental assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD).
