Past Resident Events

Scattered Sites Resident Meetings – May 14 and 19, 2025: These were our first meetings with Scattered Sites residents. We introduced our new Resident Services and other staff, gave an overview of the recent resident survey that was issues, discussed how a Section 18 disposition would work for Scattered Sites, and provided June meeting dates.

Scattered Sites Resident Meetings – June 10 and 11, 2025: These were our second meetings with Scattered Sites residents. We reviewed what was covered in the May meetings, went into more detail about a HUD Section 18 application for the Scattered Sites properties, discussed optional/voluntary relocation, and gave residents information on what to do next.
