The Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the “Public Housing Lease agreement”, the “RHA Maintenance Charge List’, and the addition of an “Service/Emotional Support Animal policy”. These three documents are now available for public review and comment in compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements.

Additionally, hard copies will be available for review at RHA’s administrative office located at 900 Haynes Street, Raleigh, NC 27604.
Comments on these proposed changes will be accepted through 5pm on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Written comments may be sent in via the below methods:

Comments will be accepted by 5:00 PM on April 30, 2026. All comments will be considered before formal adoption.
