Birchwood Eastwood Resident Meetings – RHA held our first resident meetings with the Birchwood / Eastwood community to discuss HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) process, gave Heritage Park as an example of a recently relocated community, and provided Residents’ Rights Under RAD.
